Orders are shipped 2 times a week usually Mondays and Thursdays. If you need to change shipping address or any information please contact me ASAP. Easiest way to contact me is through social media (duetrofl on twitter, duetrofl on bksy). You can also fill out the contact form.
Orders ship from upstate New York, so if you are on the east coast you can expect to get your order in 1-3 business days. If you are on the west coast it will usually take the full 3-4 business days.
For flat, untracked orders, this is my first time in awhile trying out this shipping method to help save money for my customers - I'm not positive how long it takes for snail mail to arrive but I doubt it will take longer than 7 business days. But unfortunately due to it being untracked, I cant help with status updates, so use at your own discretion.
If your package arrives damaged and/or if items are damaged please contact me with a photo of the damage and I can either refund you or ship you new items. Thank you!
